Feb 13, 2018 - Docs Received by CIC
March 15, 2018 - AOR received
June 27, 2018 - Medical Request-so im still working on it....

Congratulations! My AOR is March 9, i hope soon i will also received medical request. Thanks for updating!

Really difficult to understand how CIC works some reced FT some didn't. Inlanders files are moving fast outlanders no FT no mr.
EE from any visa office getting PPR in 6 months whereas paper takes 19 months from same country.
In the end all depends on your vo officer mood and your luck

We havent receive file transfer mail yet.. I believe our concerned visa office would be Manila because we are residing here in Manila... i think i have to wait for like 5 months to get an MR.. Lol! because I have read posts from some that they have received their UCI BACK IN 10/2017 and 11/2017 and yet there's still no MR for them.. theyre already waiting for 5 months or so..while were just turning 3months of waiting

I may be wrong but many AOR - August 17 have already started receiving MR.

Im still waiting for MR/FT. My LVO will be Manila... the last update that I heard is that those who received their UCI in September just received their MR this July. Well, majority of outland paper based are behind the usual time frame to receive their MR. I havent heard anyone from batch Nov (UCI received) received MR.

For the paper based pr I am submitting photocopy of documents listed below and these documents mentioned in check list copy, so these copies should be ' certified true copy ' by any authorized people?
Children's birth certificates
Family passport
Marriage certificate
Famil ID

propably the answer is late..

But it can help future people. I did certify all these documents as true copy, except criminal records from my country and ID, because I did the passport instead.

Apart from translations of documents with originals in a language other than English or French, you are not required to provide "certified true copies" of your documents. You may choose to certify all your other documents but doing so doesn't really make any difference or help your application in any way. The relevant Instructions Guide contains all the information you need and if it doesn't explicitly ask you to do anything, you probably shouldn't.

Actually , I have visitor visa of canada . I heard from many that you must avail your visit visa otherwise it will be negative impression on PR visa. Is it correct ?
If I utilize visitor visa then is there any issue while enter to canada at airport as they have records of my PR application ? might have perception not return back to home country by immigration officer at airport.

Not using your visitor visa has no effect whatsoever on your PR application. The decision to let you in at the border is that of the CBA officer, and no one can really say with 100 % accuracy what they would do.
