Hi everyone
I did my medical exam last week and the clinic has confirmed that they submitted the results. On my GCkey account, it shows medical passed.

Why is it that my account is still showing ”your action is required”?

And when I open the link where I can view or upload document it is still showing ”upfront medical report needed”?

I'm confused. Should I ignore it since the result was already submitted and it shows passed in my GCkey account?

It's the general bracket, 2-12 months.
A minority of applications can of course exceed this timeline.

That might be true but I have seen many applicants waiting for 15 months from AOR to get medical.
