Well don't expect to hear back soon bro. I realized getting married is a crime or some sort of sin coz it makes ur file to transferred to local visa office and then 12 -15 months adds up in ur processing time.

i have same timeline as urs. Ar dec 2018 and MR sep 2019.

I can just say i depends on luck and case officer. I have 1 dependent from the starting of my application still nothing . Medical is expiring this month. File sent to local visa just 3 months ago.

Finally the day has come, I have been waiting for since 24 months. Long time

Yesterday i received confirmation letter that eligibility pass and PR approved for me and my dependent.

Timeline
Me - Jan 2018
Medical - april 2018
Dependent added- june 2018
Dependent medical & biometrics- jan 2020
PR approved- Jan 2020

I am informed to wait till we schedule appointment to call you and give you PR status.
I hope everyone those who are still waiting will get their file approved soon..good luck

As i was waiting for my landing appointment then this COVID-19 came, so they cancel in person landing appointment and did it over the phone. So at last on May 13,2020 everything is over finally for me and my spouce.
