But dont tell your employer that you will not come back , he can send a letter to the province that you dont work for him anymore based on your agreement.
Alright so if i don’t agree that i won’t come back, but still they fire me, it won’t impact on the process right? We both agreed before that i’ll be on the leave and i have the email they said that i’ll be on the leave, but then now they seem like want to fire me after changing their mind. So i won’t agree with that in the next meeting.. thanks a lot!!

Even if you are fired , no problem with that , just send the email as a proof to the province that you are fired due to maternity leave and they will manage that , your employer will be an idiot if he do that , try to get sick leave from now 15 weeks and then 15 weeks maternity before due date , so try to stop working as soon as possible because your employer cant fire you while you are on leave or he will have a lots of troubles with the province .

Thanks for the tips! :) I will tell them nothing should change after my mat leave clearly in the meeting..
