Is it possible for someone whoever got ppr to copy and paste all the messages on their ECAS hiding all the personal information?
Will be really appreciated

I do not think CIC forgot about Dec 2017 and Jan 2018. This is because of the limited users in this forum. I believe many Dec 2017 and Jan 2018 applicant also got ppr, but they are not in this forum. For simple cases, they may be approved faster.

That is what I mean. There are so many applicants. Even the official 20 months only count for 80% of the total applications. I do not think CIC skip the Dec 2017 and Jan 2018 applicants. It is normal that some simple cases get ppr earlier than those cases need more time to be processed.
