I don't get invitation pre-arrival letter yet. I'm just wondering. If I don't get that letter that means my pr is not processing or something problem?

The pre-arrival services letter is for the people who live and apply for PR outside Canada. This is nothing but Eligibility pass parameter as far as I know.

Not even a CIC officer would be able to answer that, I have one year timeline in mind for mine.

I am currently in Canada, so I did it by myself. You get a reference number, but you cannot track it. It will be sent to your email whenever the report completed. Usually, it takes more than a month.
