Are you already living in Canada? If yes, you are inland. If you are still living in the Phils, you are outland. Have you ordered gcms notes yet? You need to find out if your eligibility and criminality were passed and if they are busy with your security. Maybe try to phone the CIC call center as well and ask them about the delay in your file. Maybe ask them to tell you where your file is at the moment (which visa office). After all these answers, we can try and figure out your possible timeline... You are already at 24 months, that's been a long wait...

My work permit will be expired on December 18 !!!
The problem should i find another employee to extend my work permit.

My closed wp will be expired on Jan 10, 2019 and thinking to apply for extension. My AINP nomination certificate has already been expired and can not apply for extension as I have already got extension once. My AINP certificate has no employment restriction but has employer name and NOC/position mentioned. BOWP application requires to add pnp certificate as a supporting documents.
1. Am I eligible to apply for BOWP as I have closed work permit?
2. Should I still add this expired PNP certificate even though its not valid anymore ??
Please advise if I am still eligible to switch from closed to bowp and can apply with expired pnp certificate

Whats your timeline and do we have IP1 and IP2 in paper base too? I thought it is only for express entry
