2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

No,,, when i called this monday. Agent said security was not started.
Lol they said security was not started on Monday, then you got DM on Wednesday and PPR on Thursday. Go figure.
I guess you gotta be lucky to have somebody on the other side of the call actually telling you what's going on with your application. More often than not their answers are not very helpful nor accurate.
Even for me i called on monday it was security not started and i called yesterday and they were it got passed on monday ..and i reconfirmed it today too and theu said file is with immigration officer for final decision
And do u know where is your VO....you got ppr from ottawa email or cio sydney email??
Guys I would just like to share some info about GHOST UPDATE.
I usually check my profile three times in a day! I got TWO ghost updates on my gckey account. One on 26th May 2019 and one on 10th June 2019. I'm a 15th Jan 2019 AR Applicant.
When I checked my gckey account in the morning there was no GU but when I checked in the afternoon I saw my status was "Application/ Profile updated" and when I checked my account at night the status was "Submitted"... This happened on both of my Ghost updates. So based on what I have understood the GU doesn't stay for long.
Many of you who say they haven't got any GU there is a good chance that you'd have missed it. Be patient my fellow Jan Applicants, PPR is around the corner.
