thats sucks!
Don't get why someone need to redo mediacal if they accept it and you passed. Where this information come from?

hello. what do you mean by it processes the second year?

Your application will start to process when you send in, but it will continuously been process until second year. The background check is the last step, so normally the decision made happens after background check is done, on the second year.

dont worry, MR will normally be extended by VO if you are inland. only a few need to redo it. 放心啦！

As I heard before, the medical is valid for one year. According to the comments below, they will extend it for inland applicant.

Just a quick question I applied under provincial nominee paper based application process. I submitted my application on December/07/2018 at CIO Nova Scotia and it was delivered at the address on December/10/2018. it has been already more than 2 months now and I have not received my AOR.

Is there anyone who is in the similar situation? please reply back to this post.
