Today we received medical request for my spouse application. Feb 2nd applicant.

The outland application was sent from inside of Canada but for some weird reason IRCC is processing it as inland (go figure why...). It was confirmed in GMCS notes.
Take a look at my spouse application timeline in my signature.

Congrats! I believe the application processing time for outland applicants is faster than inland applicants. I am still waiting for my medical request. My AOR received on Feb 19, and submitted schedule A on March 15. Nothing changed since than.

IRCC made a mistake and they are processing my soupse application as inland...
For your case I think they started sending medical requests for Feb applicants sso you should see it coming in the coming two weeks I guess

If you are a JAN applicant, I guess your case is under security screening. You can order a GCMS note, you may get an answer from the note.
