officer asked personal questions!!

interview took about 30 min
she had to wait 2.5 hour inside the embassy. stuff were friendly & helpfull. officer was candian interpreter was lebanese.

officer was nice didnt use any pressure she was going throu the file we prepared didnt go into details just looking. she did go throu the pictures mainly asked her questions while fliping them she asked her to show the ring and was matching with photos.

finally officer smiled and said i'm satisfied your marriage is real
i have no more concern about your marriage. next step is background check.

after submitting our application
proof i have visited my wife and stayed for 2.5 month after marriage.
we went for honeymoon on my sec visit flight hotel resevation passport stamps & pictures

Is there a way to know if we passed the interview? it looks like sometimes the visa officer will let the person know during the interview or they just have to wait and see. But is there a way for us to know what happenes after or what the decision is?

hello yes they usually tell u if u passed thats what they told my wife at the end of interview or sometimes they need more times to review

30 jan background check starts
since then no updates

so my husband had he is interview today, he waited for 2.45 hours, Interview for 40 min

it was a Canadian lady, she ask him about

1- How we met
2- what I do
3- why we didn't had a big weeding
4- why my dress is not fully white (my dress is light pink with a little bit of white)
5- where did we go to our honey moon
6- what is the future plan
7- at what time we left the ceremony
8- pictures cutting the cake and exchanging the rings
9- a lot of Personal questions about our relation
10- how assist to the ceremony
11- show him pictures to identify people

he show her all the proof of the gifts and conversations since we don't have money transfer

at the end she said she is satisfied, and now they will start background and security check

Next step is long we have to see if ali didn’t get anything yet so it’s mean not before 3 months
