Anyone have any information or idea if CIC will continue

with express entry and immigration in 2016?

regardless of elections...
 
I think they will. But dont have facts, data, or information.

I think its a good system, though points are a bit high for now to get ITA...
 
They way it is I don't think I can continue the same way. They may maintain their 6 month pattern but NOC has to become relevant sooner or later. They can't just keep letting anyone come. And also u know gov changing. New gov never continue old plans. They always want to prove that previous gov was inefficient and had flaws. And lastly it's law of nature. Nothing is constant. But CIC is so unpredictable right now itself. What will they do later no one can tell

i agree NOC has to count for something as it is now they want 21 year olds with 40 years of experience and english proficiency which is tough for canadians too. nothing else is important besides LIMA PNP .
 
We will have a better idea when CIC presents the year report and year target to the parliament in Nov.

Consider the whole EE system was announced first in June 2014 and officially started in Jan 2015, which fundamentally changes the landscape of economic class immigration system but happens within half year, plus a new government could be in place, anything can happen during the year
 
Well The system always woks well. It just needs some Amendments time to time so they will do that. I Dont think System is failure, it just needs some revisions that too from our point of view. From thier point of view things might be best.
 
Express Entry will continue indefinitely, it's actually supposed to be fully implemented until 2017. This is just the beginning phase.

beginning phase is screwing up some of our lives though
