What is the time frame to receive SA after AOR?

It usually comes a few days after AOR. I got my SA. 4 days after I received my AOR.

Hey everyoje, i have a question. I already sent in my forms but i wanna doouble check

I was born in canada and live here and my wife is over sees. I filled out the bottom two forms for her with you info on it. Do i need to fill out ne out for me and my side of the familyy. So orint these out and fill them out seperatly?

I have a question guys, please help!

I got my AOR on 12th march, app recieved January 07th. On March 16th, the sent an email saying the IMM 1344 had not been "correctly signed" by my husband. They also wrote in bold "For fastest service, please attache the require document in an e-mail and send it to...." So we did. He signed the form, scanned it and sent it to me, I signed the form, scanned it back and e-mailed it to them the same day, March 16th.

I have not heard anything from them after this. When I called CIC they tell me there is no update on my file, and she said that normally in these cases files would go back into queue, and now I may have to wait till March 16th Applications are processed and then get my SA? WHAT A LONG WAIT AGAIN!!!

So for those people who were in similar situations, how long did your SA take to come? I'm so freaking out right now!! ARGH :'(

Can you please tell what was the mistake your husband did when he signed that form? He signed it differently than the other forms or what mistake he could do?

Ccastillo, I tried updating my AOR date and color coding in the spreadsheet but couldn't. The date format of 03-20-2015 was not accepted nor could I access the color refill to update my status. Would you mind having a look. The last couple days I have been getting funny diagonal lines through frozen rows on the left side of the spreadsheet. Not sure what's going on...

I intentionally froze the first 3 columns..So that, not all people can just add their timeline and try to squeeze it on the existing spreadsheet and accidentally messed up the existing info on it. The diagonal lines indicates that it can't be alter if you are not an admin. Sorry if i have to do this.. Because there is an incident that i have to retrieve the updated spreadsheet because some people accidentally or intentionally (i don't know) wiped out some info on our spreadsheet. As you can see the spreadsheet is pretty neat with a lot of vital information that can be very helpful for everyone to compare it with that's why i just want to keep it that way and i think this is the best way to prevent those kind of incidents.

I have updated your timeline highlight.. Basically, you can update your color status anytime and then i'll just try to update the first 3 columns time to time for any changes.

For the date, i haven't figure out yet on how to keep the date standard... when you guys enter it.. but just in case it won't go through as the standard date or number..
Just go to the following:

For Date Formate: Format Tab --> Number --> More Formats --> More Dates and Time Formats ---- and then choose the MM-DD-YYYY Format

For Number Format: Format Tab --> Number --> More Formats --> Custom Number Format ---- and then choose "0"

They didn't return it. Just sent an email two days after AOR to send the documents ASAP.

Hello everyone, I hope its OK to join this thread. I have been reading it with interest and its nice to know what's happening for everyone else.

I am hoping to be sponsored by my boyfriend, we are common-law, both from the UK (but he is Canadian citizen by descent) and have been living in Toronto for 10 months now. I am currently here on an IEC working holiday visa and also in the process of applying for my second IEC visa.

We applied using the outland forms and put London as our processing office.

My timeline so far is:

Sent PR app via Canada Post registered mail to Mississauga on the 21st January
Received AOR on 18 March

No sign of SA yet though.
