I called CIC again this morning...twice!

I called to see if the info they have is right and they did not have my e-mail on the file they said even though I just checked and it is clearly on my form!! I asked them if they can enter it for me but they said they can only send me a link so I can change it myself, fine. The rep says it will arrive within 2 or 3 minutes by e-mail, I spell my email for him. I asked to wait on the phone while I receive the email but He replied that the e-mail can only be sent when the call is done. An hour and a half later, still no email!

Called again to see what happened, another rep sends me the email right away and I got it while on the phone with her...sigh!

When I follow the link for change of address they require info I do not have like file number, UCI etc...the only info I have is receipt number 5401 (payment confirmation number). When I enter it, it says the file is not processed yet. So that means I have to wait for AOR by regular mail before I can change it in the system to get notified by e-mail...

noiro. I feel the same as what you felt....haven't received AOR....I'm January 20 applicant..I keep thinking all this time about it...but still hoping for the positive results

How come that you only receive your Official payment receipt now....how did you make your payment?

No I had the receipt all along. But if I want to enter an e-mail address to my file, the only info requested to make the change I can provide is the Payment receipt number.

Ah ok...I thought you just receive your Official Receipt of Payment now.....anyways, let's keep on praying that everything will be alright and we receive AOR/SA the soonest possible time...God is good all the time...God bless us all...

Some have been getting SA 4 days after AOR... I have no idea the general timeframe
