2015 April-Outland spousal application

My Wife's PR Application status on ecas has changed from application received to In Process. Does anyone have an idea what this really means, i am assuming the a good sign

I wonder why an applicant from Manila got In Process status without her passport request? Is it possible? ... :-X

Yes..it is possible..the next step they will send an email requesting for Passport with Visa validity..I have a friend with the same case.

April 10- App received
June 5-Sa
July 2- Additional docs(NBI)
August 11 -In Process

Im a newbie here but I Just wanna share my timeline guys. Im from the Philippines and my husband is canadian citizen, he lives in Winnipeg Manitoba.

Application filed.... April-16-2015

Application received.. April-20-2015

No AOR has been sent, but they mailed my husband in their house not via email about the sponsorship approval on June 17, 2015 but he received it last June 21 2015..

DId you check your ecas? My Ecas status is "In process" I just check it this morning... but still they not asking for my Passport.

Visa.... Waiting this August.. Hopefully all applicants who has been requested to pass their passports last month would get the visa this August.. ;D

Thanks for starting this thread!
I do not see any applicant getting their paperwork processed in Bogota, Colombia. Well, since June 10th when my husband's sponsorship was approved I have not heard anything other than they received my medical results. How hard it is to be waiting without any idea of when the process is going to go through!
I am on H1 Visa working in the US, my hubby is Canadian. We've been married for eight years. No kids.

Sponsorship (my hubby)
We received ----------------------s application for permanent residence on April 10, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 5, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on June 4, 2015 about the decision on your application.


Permanent Residence (me)

Medical results have been received

Still in process............ I need good news pleeeeeeeeeeease!

Hi kyoo9000 we still have until saturday I noticed CEM makes updates on saturdays too on ECAS. If not this week hopefully next week hehehe
