i m in d same boat... it says same thing for my husband's file... so did actually receive any email or mail from them??

I haven't yet receive any email or mail from CIC, instead what I did is call them an agent confirm I got m SA. Tomorrow I'm going to call them regarding about not receive no email or mail.

Hi Guys!

I am reading a lot of you being frustrated that you are not getting correspondence from cic. I too am in the same boat. I actually had to call to get my information. I got SA on June 1 but I was supposed to get correspondence then - I ended up getting on the 12!

Just get your client id from cic call centre and check on line yourself. The information there is current and you can see your updates quicker than waiting for a letter or email from cic.

I know if is hard having to wait for information but I found that checking on line is a little bit of a relieve instead of sitting and waiting.

Just now wife call on cic agent about of my application status show deicion made on 4 June, but agent replayed her, we can not tell you anything from 1 month from deicion made, so call again after June!!what is that?

Hey Everyone,

I posted how on it says that it sent a correspondence on June 12, 2015 yet I haven't receive no email or letter till now. I call CIC after the agent investigated, he found that they actually never even sent out a letter nor an email on June 12, 2051. He put a note on my file to contact the agent in charge of sending those email/letter and that let say in the next few weeks I still haven't receive anything CIC won't take any action until 3 months have pass from the date I call. For anyone who still haven't receive anything, I would definitely call CICI and have them investigate to see if they actually sent out an email or letter.

REMEMBER It takes 56 days ish to get AOR. If it is NOT passed that, just wait. i know its hard waiting. But there is NOTHING you can do. If its past 56 ish days than CALL THE CIC CALL CENTER.

Actually if you all the call centre for an application sent after what they have stated they are working on Which is currently April 22 applications they will NOT give you any information. Check the link below for current processing times.

I called the call centre after it showed the processing time for my submission had passed.
I was told I got SA and the file was transferred to the VO

Wow, really? that's so unprofessional if they put a date and never send out the letter when they are supposed to. I'm going to call them tomorrow morning.

I applied on April 30,2015 and got AOR on May 26,2015.
I just called cic and the agent told me that I still have to wait as they are still working on file applied on april 22,2015.I told her that my 55 days already passed but she is like I have to wait but it vl b their soon.
Let's hope for it to come soon. ??? ???

waiting is so much frustrating.I dont know v r still not evn cleared with first stage. :-[
