I just wanted to know when is 2014-2015 Quota opening. And how much time it takes to fillup the quota.

The quota for the year 2013-2014 will end on 31st April. After that its not known to anyone what the CIC will ask for. There are two things which can happen, they will either refresh the occupational list and quota or will either halt it and prepare themselves for the EOI which starts from Jan 2015.
I personally think the CIC will halt the FSW program and will do arrangements for EOI program which is due to start in 6-7 months!
