Hi all,

Just to let you know that I received POF email yesterday along with a weird request for "Proof of relationship". They sent me a questionnaire to fill and ask me for photos and prove of my relationship with my wife.

Has anyone else received this request?

I have a question guys. Along with MR, yesterday I was asked for RPRF, PCC and "Spousal questionnaire", I'm guessing the latter is to show some more evidence that my wife and I are actually in a serious relationship since we got married just a year ago, but this is not a concern since we've been together for more than 8 years now so we have more than enough evidence to present.

The question is, in the email I received they said the MR forms have been sent to me, but I haven't received them yet, so I don't know if they take a few days to arrive or maybe they just forgot. Has this happened to anyone here? Should I make an inquiry to MCVO? If so what's the link/address I should be using?

Hello guys. Has any of you who recently sent your passports received them already? I sent them on April 28, they sent me an e mail may 6th indicating they received my passports a residence payment, but i don't know if this is still the normal time... I expected this to be faster since the said in their letter it would take no more than 2 weeks...

I didn't receive any questionnaire, just a request to send additional proof of my common-law relationship... I got married 6 months ago but had been living with my wife for more than 2 years, so we sent many pictures, copies of our travels together and some receipts that had both names on it... I have not received any feedback regarding this but I hope it will be enough to continue with the process...

I think they just want to make sure that you are "sponsoring" your real spouse and not just a friend...

Hi.

I am married. I think I got this because my wife and I got married just 2 months before the day we applied, but we have been together for 10 years now so I don't think there would be any issues proving our relationship is real. I asked this to see if anyone else had this request and could share what kind of documents they sent besides photographs.

In another forum there is a thread of Colombians waiting for the passport to be returned from Mexico and it generally takes around a month.

I feel a little bit worried because everybody who got PER after January is receiving now MR and I don't have good news yet I don't know if it is also based on nationality.

I have a question for all the people who received MR on May 8th, did you got 2nd line updated?

Yes XAZ, i got my second line updated before getting MR ( we started processing you app on april 17th)

Thanks for your answer I don't know what the problem is with the delay of some people. Maybe is because my wife and I travel a lot and they are verifying.

Yes XAZ, I got my second line updated on April 24th.

You have to be patient... There are many variables involved in the process and I think that nobody understands them all...

You could probably contact them through their web form... Remember to use the "Case Specific Enquiry – Mexico" form (the forum didn't let me paste the link)

Thanks jarapablo for your kind support. Have you ever tried to reach them through web form? Supposedly we are still within the correct time, so I don't know if they would reply but thanks a lot for the information.

As you say jeje I have to be patient My time soon will arrive.
