They did not ask about my pcc from canada.they just ssk from canada

In case of me, I also did not sent canada pcc and CIC did not ask it too.

My credit card was charged on Friday for the application fees. Does that mean that they have accepted my eligibility and I'll receive my PER soon or there are still chances that my eligibility can get rejected and they'll give me NER (Negative eligibility)? Also if they reject my eligibility, do I get my application fees refunded?

Congrats. This is the first step towards pr. Now u will get ur PER and then AOR soon. It takes around few days to weeks to get PER.

Thanks, but I'm still worried if I'll get PER or NER as I'm not sure about my eligibility. Are there chances they'll still reject after credit card payment?

My application reached the Sydney office on Apr 3rd, 2014, so it's less than a month as of now!!

Just got an email saying I'm not eligible. So that ends my FSW PR application. Now I'll have to apply through PNP category.

Well I was on Post Graduate open work permit and not on LMO. They need LMO. So my application was rejected!!
