2014 FSW-Arranged employment-Lets update here

As far I know, You must have a permanent job offer from your employer which is based on positive LMO from HRSDC, in order to apply under arranged employment category. Doesn't matter what kind of work permit you have at present. But most of the cases under this class have their WP issued on the basis of LMO or we can say they have closed work permit.

Today evening, I have just checked E-CAS for any changing on my process.

There was DECISION MADE
What was happened onto me and my family. It was really unbelievable.

I was frustrated of cancelling for the CEC category NOC cook code. So I turned to FSW with Arranged employment.
As a result, It is the fastest way for me.

I am terribly happy, I just shouted with my family a few time ago.

We started processing your application on April 10, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

If you are applying for FSW-AEO on a PGWP, then you require a positive LMO for your job offer. Else your application will not be processed and the processing fees will be refunded.

I am very happy for you inarms!!!! You are probably the luckiest person alive. Most applicants wait for 11 to 20 months.

I also have some good news to share - I received my Med Request a week after you did and shall be going for the test today. I am hoping and praying I am in the same boat as you are. *fingers crossed*

Delhi has started processing upto 22nd jan applicants. So I'm waiting for mine to start any day now.

I have a question, which i really want to get answered. How we gonna send our passport to India and then get back from there? Coz as far I know we can't send it either by mail or courier

you have to give PP to someone who is going to india, ask him/her to courier your PP to VO new delhi, once NDVO stamps PP with visa , then you can ask the same person to get it for you.

Processing started. Once your ecas shows this you can expect medical and other requests soon.

As for passport, I'm going to send it via fedex without declaring that the package contains a passport. It's legally not supposed to be couriered, but hey realistically, who will go to India on a weeks notice for me (because obviously, I want to send my pp the minute they ask for it. Sooner the better) and then stay there for as long as it takes to get the pp back?

They won't return it to you by courier outside India though. So I'm going to give my parents' address. They will send it to that address and my folks can send it here to me.

I called CIC for this, they said visa office will give you instructions how to send it. Though I know they not gonna tell anything. Lets see what happens when we get request.
 
Hi, friends.

I got the COPR today. But there was one misprint that didn't match my sons photo. Two son's photo was exchanged each other.
So I sent it back with explaining about this.

By today, CIC did not ask me to sent my passport and even they did not give me AOR.

I think, in case of applying to Ottawa, It seems not to be AOR for person applying in Canada.
And I also summit my copied passport and PCC... etc everything they are asking with application, it would cause the processing time get shortly.
