2014 forms

Hi. We've got a problem viewing the 2014 forms on CIC website, even if we already updated the Adobe. Anyone here has solution. Might check the Adobe suppory as well. Thought anyone might have direct answer. It's for our parent's applicatioN for TRV. Thanks
