It came to know that one must have continuous full time paid experience in the last 10 years to be considered for point in FSW, what about those who have experiences of more that 2-3 organizations with the gaps of few months or a year in the last 10 years????

With my present experience at current company I am qualified for Mechanical engineer (2132).

With my previous company, my roles match with Manufacturing Manager (0911). But my designation was Sr.Executive-Manufacturing.

1) Can I apply mentioning Manufactuing Manager (1st preference) and Mechanical Engineer (2nd preference)???

2) Will they accept my Sr.Executive position as Mfg Manager. However job roles are 80% Matching.

Pls help.

1. I applied in 2009 under 2283 category but the file was returned as the category was there in the demand list.
2. Than I updated the job to different category i.e. 2171 in the same company in 2010 which is in the demand list now. (both the categories have somewhat same as gone through the duties)

Question- Can I apply now in this category (2171) or will the old category (2283) will create any problems?

3. PCC need to send along with the file while applying or they are going to ask later on?
4. How many days the WES takes for the education assessment?
5. What evidence we need to submit for the Relatives in Canada?

Yes you can, but you must choose only one application to go throw CIC

CIC will not count gaps. It will only count the working periods

It is the guide of FSWP 2013, wait until check if there is a new guide or not
If CIC doesn't change the guide, you must use the second address which indicates the NOC

3. I prefer sending it with applications.
4. It is around 1 week + shipping time
5. Canadian passports or PR + Credit Card/ Gas bills + Birth Certificates + HR letter

Is it mandatory to send with the application coz it may take 2 months for me to get the PCC here from India as stayed in different states and need to visit personally there to collect the PCC....

As per CIC instructions, it is not a mandatory issue, so I write to you "I prefer" because no one knows exactly what the officer may do if certificate isn't existed with file

I have 2 more queries

1) I am married since September, 2013 but till now I haven't changed name and address in my passport so should I apply with the same passport or I need to re-issue it with new name and address? and if I apply with the same passport, it will create any problem in my fsw application as I will put marriage certificate in application

2) I am applying for 2173 and I will have reference letter/contracts/pay stubs from my present employer and I am also having reference letter from my previous employer. but should I have to show pay contracts and pay stub of my all previous employer??
