My baby will born on November 2013" I know if the baby born in Canada"he or she will get a Canadian citizenship under previous immigration policy"however, I found online that immigration policy might change" it said that even the baby born in Canada, he or she still can not be Canadian. I just wanna to know if the new policy effective from Jan1, 2014, and at that time, the baby's passport is still in processing, will my baby have Canadian citizenship or not?
