I doubt the bunching of provinces are true. AINP is processing october applicants. Quite crazy. There are at least 15-20 people I know from various provinces which have had in process from end of nov/dec and still haven't heard anything, which according to other applicants i've seen prior to those applicants it's very strange indeed. One thing I know is that they do it in batches, if you have the same dates as some else (including for in process) +- 1 month, you're very likely to get the response within a couple of days of each other. This makes me think that if one person's security is taking a longer time than the others it may hold all of the others in that batch back, but maybe i'm overanalyzing it. I just don't understand how some people's security check is done in 2 months and others in a year. In process from what i've read basically means that only security is left to be done and/or everything is done and waiting for final review.
I should be receiving a new set of GCMS notes at the end of april. Will keep you informed. Hopefully I'll receive DM before then, but i've been saying that for the last 2 months ;D
