Her visa office was definitely CPPO, now has been changed to CPCO. She is under PNP stream as well. Jan 9 IP, Jan 27 DM and got PPR email yesterday.

Received the Application - August 12th 2013

Medicals done - October 13th 2013
Medicals Updated - October 27th 2013
Status of Application changed to IN PROCESS - January 24th 2014

If they dont ask you now, no need to panic they will ask you before your visa is issued. However, it wont be in the negative if you pay it and send to CIO cost recovery or CPC-O cost recovery; it is better to send to both of them because you dont know the exact location of your file.

Hi guys,

Kindl advice if I can apply for NS under community identified stream even If i do not know anyone in NS.
Someone suggested me to take three(3) reference letter from people staying in other parts of canada mentioning that I have strong desire and intentions to live and settle in NS.
Will this work, If yes than I can forward my documents to NS.
Also advice best place to immigrate in NS right now.

It is amazing, our application went into processing the same day. PPR will come soon. It should not be more than the next two months. Those who applied in May have started getting PPR and we are July applicants.
