I ordered GCMS Notes twice and paid $5 each time.
One is from Dec. 2013 and second one was for Jan. 2014, just to see if there's any update

I'm here in Canada and yes you still have to pay the $5 fee... Cheaper as compared to the GCMS website.

ECAS status updated to Decision Made on 3rd Febrary, 2014. But I am still waiting for Passport Request. Can anyone provide a timeline for Passport Request also is it normal to get Decision Made status before Passport Request.

typically it could be 4 months from "IN PROCESS"

It seems like CPP-O process a lot faster than CIO-NS? Based on tracking sheet... Any thoughts? And applications in Manila are processed a lot faster too! I guess it depends.
