hi skmarch, those who are waiting for MR are quiet ,especially those applying outside canada. i read in the other thread that the maximum waiting time for MR usually takes 30days. but it seems that they are prioritizing those applying inside canada.

can someone i this forum confirm this? thanks and God bless
