No worries. The likelihood of one getting denied after nomination is slim and is limited to medical and security grounds. Before a nominee can be denied for eligibilty, CIC must be very convinced and they must have sought the advice of the Province that nominate the person. It will also require two visa officers to jointly agree that the person should be rejected.

Please relax, your MR will soon come.

I dont think so...MRs come these days with IMe # therefore making it inadvisable to do upfront medical examination without an MR. The only exception is Family Class applicant, although some people still do upfront but the probabilty that they will redo it is high.

I will advise that you keep disturbing the agent until he/she get it out for you or otherwise send another request to CIC but this may waste time.

By the way, why do you need an agent for?
