My ecas updated to "in process". It says they started processing my application on June 7, 2016. It updated after I received medical request on June 6, 2016.

Sometimes when I called CIC agents mentioned 11 months after AOR. I went to MP and maybe this helped. Maybe, you should try the same. Good luck!

yes i was told the same, and i submitted on 24th Nov 2015, and still four months to go for the date of submission

i have received second AOR on 23th Feb 2016 if that is the case, i need to wait seven months more

may be i need to look for ways to contact MP

We already sent the scanned copy of PCC. Technically it should be fine but would like to know if we have to send the original also.

this office by: 2016/07/21

also in footnote

Please note:
 Any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a notarized
translation in either English or French.

 Do not submit originals, unless otherwise stated, as documents submitted will not be returned.

So should we be fine just by scanned copy or we must send the original PCC copy.

I got exactly the same email and sent the scan copy of PCC via email only. I think couple of other people mentioned they did the same.
So I think we should be fine.

It took us exactly 2 weeks to get passport back from Ottawa so if your mum is going on July 4 you should have passport back if you send it asap.

We did not get police cert request now but we submitted full police cert in September of last year when we got the request for additional information.
Just medicals followed by passport request.

Meanwhile my parents came in Canada on Super-visa in November, so I also submited the super-visa & copy of Medical with the additional documents as well. And my ECAS status updated with Processing starts on March 11, 2016.
But I have not received anything after that. So Are they gonna send medical or any request to my Indian address or here at Canadian address and how long it's gonna take ?

Please advise.

You, as the sponsor, will first receive a letter or email with sponsorship eligibility decision. Then your file will be transferred to the local visa office for further processing such as medical/police clearance requests.
