i DID receive an acknowledgement in Oct 2015, that the application is complete. After that I received another request for IMM 1344, which I sent in Feb 2016. Nothing after that... Dont knw...
Can you or someone else post GCMS notes link here ???? I know we have posted it in the same forum..i tried opening, it doesnt work.Thank you again.

should he order GCMS notes based on

1. his UCI number

or

2. his parents UCI Number

at what stage parents would be getting their UCI number?

The person applying for the gcms notes needs to be in Canada.
If his/her parent is not in Canada then they need the parent to sign the consent form and you can send a scanned copy when you apply for the notes.

that could be true, CIC indicated that it would take eleven months from date of Acknowledgement. i was asking to check my file status, they refused to do so, as my file did not exceed normal time from the Second AOR.

therefore i had to take GCMS Notes option. please note that some time there would be no difference between two set of notes because no one would have looked at you file during that time

Even though he is non accompanying was he mentioned as a dependent on the original file and how old was he when your application was filed.

Hi Sooni didn't mention in the initial file as he is 32 that time but CIC asked me the addtional docs last ur April with my brothers detail and I send them and then they now send his medical when we already inform non accompany

Yes i got an email from CpC mississauga that the sponsorship has been approved and that the file is being transferred to thw LVO - Ottawa

The UCI number is at the right side of visa on last line. It will be 8 digit number
