Are we being affected by the Express Entry immigration? That's the only thing i can think of, that is, if Ottawa has something to do with it.

Yes Jeleni, I have been thinking the same. CIC has gone into some sort of Sleeping mode..

Mi too think that CIC Ottawa which is known for fast processing of cases has some bit lethargic we wish that they should again pick up the speed for the known fast disposal. We only can wish and hope they will speed up

Do the medicals ASAP.
It can take few months.
If it's been a while since you last submitted police clearances, get fresh ones made and submit to visa office.
Pay the RPRF fee if not already done so.

Just wanted to share my last interaction with Call center:
Earlier this year I was told that I will receive decision 6 months after AOR (which was supposed to be end of March 2015). I called in last week and have been told by agent "My supervisor told me that because letter confirming that your application is complete was sent in December 2014, I can not contact Mississauga until June". She then advised me to contact Mississauga via fax directly (which I did, but have little hope). Everytime I call them they give different information. My understanding was that if CIC confirmed that they received my complete application on Sep 30, 2014, it is the time when 6 months clock should start

I hope we all hear good news soon...

NO news on the request for medical as yet. request everyone to share date if possible so we cna kep the speadsheet updated and monitor what is going on.

Will the request for medical, come to me or go my parent in India?

I had the same experience with CIC call centre agents. They told me 6 months from document receive date , so I called in march and they told me now 6 month from document complete letter (Dec) , so call back in June. They do not have a clue to be honest. Its anybody guess there is no straight forward or clear guidelines to the file processing. They just go case by case. I would suggest not to worry this is same happening with lots of the forum members. it is useless to call CIC unless there is some issue with the file as to status its anybody Guess.....

feeling relieved after getting this email , probably will get a call from bluedart guys tomorrow.. I am happy took around 20 days . What about you did you get any similar email.I am feeling excited , i might not sleep today
