Hi,

I am still waiting for Sponsorship approval and additional documents were received on Sept 16, 2014. I think the other important factor while assessing the different timelines is the citizenship of the parents. I noticed most of the recent approvals from India/Phil. It would be helpful if we can state the parent citizenship or original visa office requested while posting the timelines

Regards,

I received an email from CPCM regarding my parent medical but we didn't received any request/forms for medical. They said they sent it Dec 16, 2014 but the only letter we received was asking RPRF payment, police clearance and a copy of my dads' passport(as it is already expired and maybe they wanted to see if it has been renewed). So I called them and ask if it's possible to resend the medical forms. Is there anyone who has the same experience? and how long does it take to receive it? One more thing that confused me is that all the communication is from CPCM-Mississauga. Does it mean they're processing my parents papers there instead of the visa office of their residency?

Jeleni someone has gone and messed up the spreadsheet you took the time to help put together. :(.

Hello everyone,

This is my first post on this forum. I am an Oct 2010 applicant for my mother's sponsorship and submitted all updated documents on 01-Dec-2014. It's been almost 3 months and I am still waiting for AOR. Should I be concerned and follow up with CIC or this is normal? Is there any Dec 2014 applicant here who has received AOR?

I have another question- during my original application in 2010, my wife was my co-signer as I used her income to meet the LICO. When CIC asked for the updated documents in July 2014, they asked for OPTION-C print-outs for the principal applicant only, therefore I submitted Option C for myself. Did I need to submit the Option C for my wife too? There was no mention on the Checklist or Cover Letter for any documents from my spouse.

Please suggest.
Regards,

JayEss

Soonihope, somebody arranged it according to date docs submitted. As long as the details are not messed up, that should be fine. Right now, i'm having a hard time with my google. I cannot edit even the color.

To all the members, pls. don't make changes to the format of the spreadsheet for now. Just edit your own details to avoid messing up the whole file.

Thanks for your co-operation.

I would also request all members that we only allow jeleni to alter or change the format going forward.

Thank you all for your co-operation.

Hi there, two points.

1. when did you get your letter for additional document. If the letter was dated 30 July you had 90 days to submit documents from then. If you sent on 1st Dec 2014 that was over 90 day period.
Please clarify when you were asked to submit additional documents.
I think the other members have all submitted documents by end of October2014. But 1 member who was sent the letter late maybe sent documents at beginning of Nov.
There are a number of people still waiting for AOR from October yet, so don't worry however do check your letter date because we were given only 90 days.

2. Regarding your Option C printouts, if you as the sponsor met the LICO level on just your own without need for co-signers income then you have no reason to send your wife's Option C printout.
If your income level was less then LICO level for those 2 years needed then you would need her printouts as well to prove that you meet the LICO income level.

Hope this helps and welcome to the forum.

Hi Lalu78,

My parents are also here in Canada on visitor visa and have stay valid till April 8, 2015.

What are the requirements for having the medical done in Canada? Do they have to be on super visa ?

Thanks
