Should we start petition at change.org to fast track our cases before they process 2014 to 2016?

Title : CIC Canada should Fast Track processing of PGP applications.

Lots of applications for PGP before NOV 2011 are still waiting for processing. This is more than 5 years of wait and it is affecting all Canadian families who have applied for it. We have seen few of application parents died while waiting for their application to be processed. It is painful wait we all are going though.

Recently we have seen CIC processing the application from 2014 and onwards. Please process these but make some special backlog team to fast track all the applications which are in backlog for than 5 years.

We feel discrimination when our applications are left behind due new applications processing or another categories (such as economic or refugees) are getting higher processing quota.
We all request to take action or make special team to clear this backlog.

If you're asked to submit copies of passports, then go ahead and submit them. Then wait for next step.

I assume London office is asking for copies so that they can finalize your case (visa/copr issuance). when they're ready you will be asked to submit passport(s) to Islamabad office (either CHC or local VAC) to get visa.

So this makes you think that it is discrimination.
That's really so not nice of you!
The country is at the least processing the intake, in fact, no processes are perfect in this world, but is that how openly we should be considering the individuals discriminating.
That's insane!
