The cic have a list of panel physicians on the website. You will need to check that list to see where the nearest e-medical physician is to your parents.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

RPRF, Family Class: Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in Canada

Mother name:
RPRF, Family Class: Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in canada

Your Sponsor can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online by visiting: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en. Your sponsor may also obtain an original receipt of payment form IMM 5401(HPM) if they pay at a financial institution. Once the payment has been made, the sponsor must send a copy of the receipt to the following address:

CPC-Mississauga (Permanent Residence Fee Payment)
P.O. Box 6100, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario, L5A 4H4

**NOTE** Please also send a scanned copy of the receipt to the following email address: CPPO-Cost-Recovery.CTPO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca

You need to pay fee online and attach the receipt. I think this is the only reason you haven't got PPR yet.
As soon as this payment is made you will get passport request.

Didn't you pay this fee with document request back in 2014. They asked for this fee with documents back in July 2014

I already paid $1100 in 2010 along with original application.

That was not the Right of permanent residence fee.

That is just the sponsorship fee. You were supposed to pay that $1100 and also this RPRF as well.

This is I think $490 per person if I remember correctly.

I hope now they quickly send you passport request. You have been waiting over 3 months.
Don't forget to mail the receipt to Mississauga. Sent it by courier so you get confirmation of delivery.

Also got a call from my MPs office and surprisingly she told me that my fee was due and I should be getting an email.

Which means that now I firmly believe that my file was moved because of interference by my MPs office.

She also told me that CIC did not have a satisfactory answer when she asked them that why my case is so late, wow ....

MP Office assured me that worst come worst my file should be closed before April 10th.

Office also asked me to contact in one month if nothing happens within one month.

Just sharing my experience so that someone else might get the benefit.

It seems to mean that had you not contacted your MP cic may still have not asked for the fee and your file would be no closer to PPR.

Well at least April is not too far now, as long as they mean April 2016.

Medical email on 28th April 2015

Then the embassy send another email for original documents on 8th June and also mention the delay on online status

File processing start - June 2015
Documents return and decision made status-14th October 2015

ppr- 10th of February 2016
Visa office - Ottawa
Now waiting for visa
