applied for pr in September 2009 got open workpermit in 2010 ....applied in Ottawa......finished the medical of my husband in December 2012....now while checking status says in process but when I clicked on the in process status to check the details it says in that decision has been made you will be contacted soon .... this thing I can see since of husband's medical. but there isn't any kind of contact of immigration....when tried to contact the customer care they said they have the same kind of information that I can see on the internet....when I emailed them they suggested me to contact customer care department
