My sister applied for us in July 2009 ! I am one of the applicant .
decision made July 2013
Send additional documents in oct 2013 now still waiting for medical request
What is ur time line and what's ur country

Your processing times are normal for the type of application. If you join the thread above, you'll see there are a few people who originally applied in 2007 and were just recently granted visas. So your experience is perfectly normal for a parent sponsorship application.
