2006 DAMASCUS APPLICANTS

They send me an email told me my application under background checks , what is that mean , is my application accepted more 67 points

background checks ... means security checks .. to see if you have been involved with any organaziation before and what was your position or responsibilties.... things like that....
thats what i know about it.
 
it mean in security check they finish my assestment and accepted but still security check reamning in Background check
 
Security checks can be a long process sometimes, If you feel its taking longer than it should be, you need to contact them again.

Did you receive your medicals?

Hi Guys,

I'm a regular visitor to this thread, and i applied for immigration in 2005. My file was transferred to Warsaw and I sent all updated papers. I contacted warsaw office today to check the status and replied back saying:

"Please note that your file was approved on selection. Further requirements will be communicated in due course"

Did anyone get a similar message? Where does it fall in the application lifecycle?

:o oooooooooooh? do they really work day by day? we applied in April and are waiting these days.I thought they work at least month by month!!!!!! :'(
Which day of January was Ali? how long more should we wait? >:(

@fery: if they ask for updates, it means that they are now ready to assess and give points, they wait for the update to do that.

@heaad: still no update letter? r u sure? check your junk mail folder, Ali_GhG received and he is JAN, really, how do they do things in CHC??????

is there anyway to check with Warsow office? is there any email address to reach them?
