2006 DAMASCUS APPLICANTS

I think they wants to call proff. who are in demand to better theirs Economy. ... thats why backlog are still waiting..

But backlogs are not backlogs because of demand. They're so only because of date of application. If what you said happens, among two people withe the same job, the one who applied later will get processed sooner.

the 2006 applications are being processed, it must be for the rest of backlog left in damascus especially 2007 and 2008 applications. For millionth time, please be sure about something then express here.we have submitted the UL and they have not put together in immigration offices to excruciate people. please dont make them vampires by saying such news

If I think I'll still be a backlog and not being processed, 2 questions remain to be answered:
1. If they still wanted us to keep in backlog, why would they allocate a new embassy and ask for doc update?
2. If all that is because of their need of certain jobs, then it would be unreasonable to process two people of the same job in an unfair way, i.e. processing the later-comer sooner than the sooner-comer.
 
As i already said i am not sure about the source of this information. Yes i am aware about that you all submitted UL ... but my friend for your kind information...in India 2004 applicant also submitted UL almost 1/2 years before & still they are not getting any news on VISA.

Amintaba, how do you know 2006 is being processed?
Mayank, as to your friend, did he just submit update or anything else happened after that as well?
By the way, whatis UL short for?
 
Regarding your 2004 friend let me tell you some very old applicatiosns like 2004 and 2005 are still waiting to be processed due to some problems such as security background check and the like.In some Iranin forum I found some of them too.

on the other hand abu dhabi is not in poland its in Qatar with its own immigration regulations and you surely dont wanna say they have gathered in there to make a decision on warsaw's responsibilities or any other offices in Europe right?

about processing 2006 applications, some iranian 2006 applicant has got the CIAPS results and she has scored 66, as we asked about the exact date of giving points according to the CAIPS record she said they had given the points 4 days after the submission of the UL.
another Iranian applicants has posed that she had received an email informing her that she was about to be rejected for unknown reasons for me. I try to ask her then let you know the cause

I'd appreciate it if somebody clear the acronyms CIAPS and UL for me.
 
OMG this is really depressing news but you know what guys i'm buying it because i applied in december 2007 and recommended for many of my friends to apply for canada(the have not even thought about applying) so they applied after me and they got the same credentials some of them are already in canada and some in late stages!!! and for me in best circumstances i will have to wait another 2 years ! so i'm not surprised if this news is true at allllll :-\

Guys, this is an illogical and a not-funny-at-all joke, don't bother, this is the immagination of someone, this is not the way CIC communicates its standard operating procedures.


however, it doesnt change the fact that the duration between phase and phase is about 6 to 8 months.

Dears, for the ones that are monitoring other threads, please keep us updated, but only with news that matters to us and confirmed, not illusions.

In my own case, I would never ever give my view of something which is never related to our main topic that is waiting for medical forms not trying to do something about our parents, grandpa, grandma,....,s' visas
