Hello Colleagues,

I received my MR two days ago. I have to send the Medical report in 30 days and to update my file within 60 days.

Also, they are asking me to pay the fees to Warsaw office, can anyone help me how to pay these fees because they don't accept foreigners cheques.

i made a bank draft & sent it

Cheques or drafts must be made payable to:
Receiver General for Canada

The draft/ cheque must be drawn on and must clear on a bank in Canada. Please write your name and address on the reverse of your bank draft.

A bank draft/ certified cheque is a cheque issued by a bank payable to a designated person, in this case the Receiver General for Canada. The name of the Canadian bank that will pay the Receiver General for Canada must appear on the cheque.

I have a question please answer . For those who have lawyers as their representative .Do I write the name & address of the lawyer on the reverse of my bank draft or mine address and name . please, i need your guidance .

Not at all the name of your lawyer. Only your name, date of birth and file no.(check file no. from the MR letter received).

What do they mean by Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence fee? I already paid the 550 CAD for me and my wife and the 150 CAD for my Child. Is there anything new we have to pay it?

i am jordanian, but i prefer dealing with HSBC it is the most international bank

Has anyone living in Jordan Know the time it took to get the police ceritficate from here ? they told me to come back after a week.Also I have another question. the Warsaw office is requesting a copy of all pages of passport.Does this mean to copy every single page even the empty pages? if a passport has 30 pages do we have to copy all of it ?

1- it takes 2 weeks from the intelligence agency in Abdali
2- i made copies of all pages even the empty, i think one reason for requesting this is to be sure that u didn't go to anywhere that u didn't mention previously

But the general intelligence is located in Wadi Alsyr not Abadli .the one u mentioned they give the certificate of non -conviction the same day with out stamps or personal pictur of u . the other one they give the police certificate of good behaviour and honesty located in wadi alsayer they take 2 personal pictures of u and u have to fill a form requesting police certificate then pay for stamps and it is usually given to u in arabic & english . Am I right ? please share

2 years ago i did this, it was in Abdali from the capital intelligence agency & not the general intelligence agency, i am not sure if it was transferred to another place, and yes they requested 2 photos, financial stamps & written request. after update i sent police certificate from saudi arabia only because i didn't live an Amman for the last 2 years.

hello guys,
you have to do it from Wadi Al Seer, as the one in Abdali is closed now, just bring 2 photographs, photocopy of the passport and stamps, you will fill an application there, and it will be ready in 2 days.

this is the last week in Dec 2012, and till now some of us did not recieved their medicals yet!

i dont know if thats a bad sign, means that we are from the applicants that their files will be returned,
or we will be selected from 2013 to recieve our meds!
unless they send it with in this 4-5 days that will follow,

no one knows, but i wish since we already updated our docs and waited for long years, that we recieve our meds and then have a break.
