Hello Experts,

I am a temporary foreign worker and currently working with one of the MNC in Canada. I am planning to apply for PR under CEC in couple of weeks. My Wife has history of some rejections.

Below are the details:

1)Rejected student visa in 2011 (Reason: The VO was not convinced that the applicant will go back after the term is over, I guess this was because of lower funds)
2)Re-applied for student visa and made sure there were enough funds, however got rejected again in 2011 (Same reason as stated above)

We got married in 2011 and then I applied for her TRV in 2011, so that she could accompany me to Canada in 2012.

3) This was again rejected in 2011 (Reason: The VO was not convinced that the applicant will go back after the term is over).

Do you think this will affect my CEC application in anyway? I have read on many forums that it does not, but wanted to showcase my scenario and get a feedback from the experts.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Hey

I am not an expert but if ur wife is getting rejections based on misleading informations, forged documents or misrepresentations, it will definitely affect the application from her own side or both of u. Be careful of the reasons she's getting rejections and make sure there was no false information otherwise they might ban u from immigrating to canada for 2yrs. I know someone that had similar issues. Goodluck to you and wait for seniors to suggest for u.
