2 PR Application at the same time

Hi,
Is it possible if someone can apply for two PR application at the same time?
Example: I applied for PR under Protected Person/Convention Refugee and it is in the second stage. Can I also apply for Express Entry, since I match all the requirements......

Both will be processed. Note that you cannot count any experienced gained in Canada while waiting for your refugee application to be processed towards EE.
