2 part question - online BWOP and different job

Hi All

Q1) I tried searching online on how to do this but I would like some help in how to apply for the BWOP online - if anyone can give me details on how to do this - much appreciated!

Q2) I found a new job after I applied for PR under CEC, the new job's NOC code is different to what I applied under. I do not have enough work experience for the new job to apply for PR under CEC so should I notify them about the job change?

for Q2 :Its not mandatory to update CIC but there is nothing harm in updating.
The CEC is based on the exp u claimed previously
Q1 - use the come to Canada tool and it gives u the unique Code.Then log into my cic account and apply for the WP and the system takes u from there
