1st stage of application

hi there. im just really confused how to start this. my husband e-mailed me these forms, SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND/DECLARATION, ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION AND USE OF REPRESENTATIVE. Do i need to fill up all these forms? Do i need supporting documents as attachments? if yes, what are they. please help. thanks a lot. :'(

i dont know if u r doing an outland application ..but if u r...then ur husband ONLY have to fill the forms and include all his family members ..that is mom,dad, brothers n sisters and children if any whether they r followin him to canada or not...he does not need attached any proof to his family except if he has children that r not canadian citizen then i guess he may have to do dna test when they(cic) asked him to go do his medical..use of representative form is only needed if u r using a lawyer but if u r not, then u dont have to fill it.
