16 months Masters + 1 year work - can i apply?

I have read the operations manual, it seems i qualify but want to be very sure. i will be applying with:

16 months Masters + 1 year work

the 1 year of work is NOC skill level O, A, o B, AND

you worked for at least 37.5 hours per week, or 1950 hours in the year, AND
