I first came for 16months study in toronto for Postgraduate diploma(3 semesters). I finished it. then my college offer me that if you took 8 months course(2 semester More) and we can offer you for your 16 months credits transfer to a post secondry diploma(total 5 semesters) and if you cleared it then we will award you with 2 years diploma certificate. I took that option and did continues 20 months study (without any time gaps). Then I got 2 years diploma certificate with 20 months study credits. Then I got 3 years open work permit as well on behalf of those transcripts . But I am willing to apply for CEC under 2years of study + 1 year of work experience. Am I eligible for that?
