15 days added to my ITA deadline and pcc

hi all
My profile was supposed to expire in 9 days but today it shows 24 days. no idea what happened
My spouse got her police clearance from Bahrain but it shows the wrong 'place of issue' under her passport details in the police certificate, whereas all the other details like passport number and the dates of issue and expiry are correct. we have applied for a new pcc but im scared it might take time. Please can someone suggest if they have had a similar experience or any solutions to this problem and why the deadline after ITA has been extended?!

The deadline has been extended due to the fact that people were unable to submit their eAPR because of the system.
