13 month Accelrated Program or 2 year program

Hi guys

I need help for my brother.

He has to take up a Law Clerk program in a community college in Ontario (Seneca College).

There are two options:
1) Take 13 month Accelrated course (He is Eligible).
2) Take 2 year course.

Question: Will he get the Work Permit for 3 years after graduating with any option stated above?

For two year course yes he will get 3 years of work permit. But not for accelerated course.
