hi, i got intial approval on 24th Feb now i have to submit my documents all documents are ready except the fund proof which will be obtained from the bank on tuesday , i wana know what time they consider when i have mailed them or when they receive it coz i think my time line ends on 24of june, so if i courier them on 22nd and which reach them on 26th will they consider my application or reject ???

Hi,

You have to get your documents to CHC by 24th June anything after that will be refused by CHC, so you better hurry up.

Hi,
The key is understanding the processes whidh our applications are put through.
Once full docs received at CHC by 120 deadline, it is checked for completeness not immediately but after a couple months at which time the 2nd AOR is sent out.
The file is then put on a queue for assessment against selection criteria and minimum funds requirement.
You are given opportunities to correct any deficiency throughout these processes if you have reached this far.
So, whether you POF reaches CHC on 24 or 26 June, it is not reviewed immediately.
It's to your advantage to have all docs sent in one package to avoid mismatching or misplacement.

With all due respect , Saki , you cannot be farther from the truth.
120 day deadline is reviewed after a couple weeks at which time if full docs is not already received, the B-file MAY be inactivated.

Is that what u got? Is the date on your AOR the same as the date of your 120 day deadline?

It will be 120 days from the date on whatever letter you received advising you that you have 120 days to submit supporting documents. This letter may NOT necessarily be the AOR letter.

So if that letter is dated 24th Feb , its 120 days from this date and the documents have to reach them by that date.
