12 B [tax years] question in application form [cit0002e-2.pdf] can not be filled electronically

Can someone check if 12 B question in application form [cit0002e-2.pdf] can be filled electronically? I tried to download multiple times but i can not write tax year electronically. or how to fix it

I answered your question on the other thread. You need to fill the "To" filed for the question 9a first.
