Today i have received the most waited PER !!!! 20 december 2011, 6.45 PM( Romania time)
For whatever reason I cannot copy/paste the e-mail from CIO to the forum.
It gives me error when I submitt the post!!??

Anyway, I wish you all to get PER very soon and to have a Happy Christmas Holiday!!!

Congratz.. And a long way to go; I sure the path will be smooth.

sad news: just wanted to inform you all that i got my package returned today saying that cap of 500 was reached. i did not inquire anything with CIC and did not send any email and my application was received on 22nd august. So with my experience i agree with all of you that cap was reached in july itself.

Good luck to all of you who made it this year.

i am still waiting for Medical! After getting UCI, i have logged in immigration site, found y status "IN PROCESS" & when I clicked "In process" link for details i have found below message.

We received your application for permanent residence on July 8, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 27, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

What dose it means? my verification done ?? do u have same massage ???

Not really...actually, your application is still not under processing. once your processing starts, you will find an additional line "We reviewed your application and started processing on...date..."
Did you get your AOR from singapore visa office?

3 & 4 months ,y they kept application with them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just need ur advise ,my cousin brother runs some Extreme pita food franchise in BERRI,ONTARIO ,it is possible that i can take his job offer & use it as arrange employment for NOC 1122???

1122. They also opnened my documents and checked just the general form. Infact I could see a number written in pencil by them starting with E. They also wrote that after initial assessment they have reached to conclusion that my application does not fall in the cap of 500 and since I have no AEO, i am not eligible.

Sorry to hear about your application. May I ask when CIC have returned the application to you. Is there a date on the letter or maybe on the envelop (stamp)?
I am also in same situation. My application reached CIC on the 10th August and they said they have sent it back on the 25th August, but till date I have not received anything yet.
I am from the Netherlands.
